Service/Product Designer
I focus on understanding human behaviour, attitudes, and expectations and solving complex and ambiguous problems. I'm passionate about providing meaningful, human-centred experiences that delight users while positively impacting the people I work with. My goal is to increase overall user satisfaction and reach the business goals.
eLearning Specialist
I’ve always been inclined toward Human Psychology to help people learn and perform better. I’ve developed extensive knowledge in developing eLearning courses using Instructional Design principles such as ADDIE and Action Mapping to engage, inform and empower the Learner.
Mentorship
I’m fortunate enough to Mentor students which requires a lot of effort, time, patience and commitment. Mentorship is a key part of networking and an opportunity to excel in my UX Design skills and use this opportunity to reflect on what I know and have learned in my career. There is always more to learn in this digital world with the future generation. This is an incredibly important aspect of career building and personal growth.
Water Colour Artist
Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated by art, I have grown up looking at my mom’s paintings and her creative work. Naturally, I have adapted to being creative. The interest was cultivated during my childhood and further developed as I grew and now I love to paint with my Nephews and Niece. I feel this creative nature in me opened up many opportunities in my life.
